- Requirements-Analyse und Umsetzung in einen Systementwurf
- Identifikation von widersprüchlichen Requirements und Dokumentation in Gerätelisten, Blockschaltbild und Compliance-Matrix
- Technische Detailklärung und Abstimmung mit Auftragsgebern
- Erstellen funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler System-, Subsystem- und Komponentenspezifikationen und Feinspezifikationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition, d.h. z.B. Auswertung der Requirements, vorläufiger Systementwurf, Aufwandsabschätzungen, technische Beschreibungen für Angebote
- Definition und Planung neuer Produkte unter Berücksichtigung der Firmenstrategie und Marktanforderungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Bereitstellung einer geeigneten Infrastruktur für die System-Entwicklung und Optimierung der System-Engineering-Verfahren
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Min 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im nachrichtentechnischen Umfeld
- Fähigkeit, auf kreative Weise innovative und zukunftsfähige Kommunikations- und IT-Architekturen zu definieren.
- Kenntnisse militärischer Funkübertragungs-Verfahren und umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion elektrischer und elektronischer Systembaugruppen
- Kenntnis aktueller Kommunikations- und Netzwerk-Technologien sowie Funkgeräte, SatCom, Modems, Kryptographiegeräte.
- Kenntnisse von ATM- und Ethernet/IP-Netzwerken und seriellen Schnittstellen
- Kenntnisse von Marineverfahren und –Standards sowie Führungssystemen
- Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für die IT-Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen
IT-Systemadministrator / Systemintegrator (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen sind Sie für die hausinterne IT-Landschaft zuständig
- Beschaffung, Betreuung, und Weiterentwicklung von Server, Clients, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Kommunikationssystemen und Anwendungen
- Fehleranalyse im Hard- und Softwarebereich
- First- und Second-Level-Support
- Konzepte ausarbeiten und Umsetzen von IT Projekten
Ein weiterer Aufgabenbereich ist die Systemintegration in Projekten
- Aufbau, Softwareinstallation und Inbetriebnahme von nachrichtentechnischen Systemen u.a. auf Schiffen und inhouse
- Support von Factory Acceptance Tests
- Gelegentliche Dienstreisen ins In- und Ausland
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Schwerpunkt, gern auch Fachinformatiker mit fundierten Fachwissen
- Fundiertes Wissen im IT-Bereich speziell in folgenden Bereichen
– Microsoft Windows Server / Clients
– Virtualisierung Hyper-V oder KVM
– Netzwerk
– Linux (wünschenswert) - Analytisch und logische Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähig und eine hohe Servicementalität
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
